What is a WiFi router?
A WiFi router allows your smartphone, tablet, and other devices to connect wirelessly to the internet.
With a WiFi router, you'll be able to easily access the internet during your trip to Japan,
making your experience more convenient!
✅You can pick it up when you collect your rental car (no reservation required).
✅Start using it right after completing the application process!
✅Price: JPY 1,100 (including tax) per day (5GB per day, loss/damage fees included).
✅Returns can be made at the NINJA WiFi counter at the airport or via delivery (+JPY 550 for delivery).

※While we generally have plenty in stock, availability is not guaranteed.
※WiFi routers are only available as part of a rental package, not for standalone rental.

How to Use WiFi Router Rental
【STEP1】Please inform the staff that you would like to rent a WiFi router when picking up your rental car.
【STEP2】Fill out the application form on our website (takes about 2 minutes).
【STEP3】 Show the staff your application confirmation email.
（You will receive the confirmation email immediately after applying.）
【STEP4】We will provide you with a WiFi router.You can start using internet with a simple procedure！
【STEP5】Return the router to your selected return location/method (at the airport or by delivery) on your return date.
※Note: A shipping fee of JPY 550 will be added at the time of application if you choose delivery.

●Can I rent just the WiFi router?
→No, the WiFi router is available only as part of a rental car package.
●How do I pay?
→Payment is made via credit card on the website. Cash is not accepted.
●Can I use the WiFi router after returning the rental car?
→Yes, you can just select the return date when applying.
Please return the router to the designated location on your reserved return date.
Note: The rental period starts from the rental car pick-up date.
●What if I want to change the rental period for the WiFi router?
→There are no refunds if the rental period is shorter than your original reservation.
→If the rental period is extended, additional rental fee will be charged to your credit card on file.
●Can I return the WiFi router to the rental car store?
→No, the store does not accept the return.
Please return it to the airport counter or via delivery.
note: Some airports have 24-hour return boxes for WiFi routers.
Additional Information:
※A JPY 550 delivery fee will be added at the time of application if you choose delivery.
※We will provide a mailing slip and plastic bag for delivery return.
Please bring them to the convenience store for shipping.
※If you return the WiFi router to a rental car store, an additional JPY 550 (including tax) charge will apply.
